These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HalalSafe ("HalalSafe," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using the app. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use HalalSafe.

2. App Purpose

HalalSafe provides informational tools for barcode scanning, ingredient review, halal suitability guidance, and related premium features.

HalalSafe does not provide a fatwa, legal advice, medical advice, or guaranteed religious rulings. App results are informational only and should not replace consultation with a qualified scholar or your own judgment.

3. Accounts

Some features may be used without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt, probe, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law
• upload or submit content you do not have the right to use

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
