1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AlarmQuest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Licence Grant

SMA Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This licence does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App;
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App;
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair servers or networks connected to the App.
