The alarm didn't go off
This is almost always a permissions or system setting issue rather than an App bug. Work through the following checklist:
Open Settings > Wakebolt > Notifications and confirm notifications are set to Allow with sound and banners enabled.
Check whether Do Not Disturb (Focus mode) is active. Wakebolt alarms are classified as time-sensitive notifications but certain Focus configurations may still suppress them — go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb > Apps and add Wakebolt to the allowed list.
Open the Reliability Checklist inside the App (Settings tab > Reliability Checklist) and resolve any items marked with a warning.
Ensure your iPhone is not in Low Power Mode during the alarm window (Low Power Mode can delay background activity).
If you use a third-party battery optimization or background restriction app, add Wakebolt to its whitelist.
The alarm fired but there was no sound
